Introduce:
Double shaft shredder is used in crushing plastic,metal,tire,rubber,aluminum,fiber, paper, wood, large-scale hollow material (plastic and other large container), and a variety of mixed waste, especially waste containing metal and so on.
In detail,such as metal drum,freezer,car body,scrap steel;water bottle,PET bottle,oil and gas bottle,any plastic bottle is ok;wood scrap,wood pallet,plastic shell,metal sheel,cylinder head,aluminum panel,cable,metal bucket,wood board,woven bag,nylon net,rag,rope etc.
Shredder is a kind of machine used for fine crushing, which is generally used to process raw materials or scraps to make its size smaller. A typical example is the shredding of plastic or rubber scraps as raw materials for melting and granulation, which can be used to make plastic bottles, tires or garbage cans. The shredder is used in plastic recycling and recycling industry. It is often used to crush large-diameter PE plastic pipes, bundles of plastic films, large piles of plastic sheets and head materials.
The application of shredder generally includes:

Working Principle:
The material will be transferred to the blades assemble box by conveyors,there are many knives in the assemble box,and the material will be tear,extrusion,shear and other integrative action,then the small pieces material will be out from the bottom of the shredder.
