Raymond Grinding Mill Machine is widely used in the fields of metallurgy, construction, chemical industry, mining, highway construction etc,. The granularity of the finished powder size can be adjusted between 30 and 425 mesh. Working principle:
The working principle of Raymond mill is that the grinding roller is tightly rolled on the grinding ring under the action of centrifugal force, and the material is sent to the middle of the grinding roller and the grinding ring by the shovel blade. The material is broken into powder under the action of the rolling pressure, and then the pulverized material is blown up under the action of the fan, and the material meeting the fineness requirement passes through the analyzer, and the material that fails to meet the requirement is returned to the grinding cavity to continue grinding The material from the separator is separated and collected by cyclone separator. Industrial filter cloth is used to separate the exhaust air and form powder at one time. The machine is mainly used for barite, calcite, potash feldspar, limestone, talc, white stone, gypsum, etc.
It can be used for high and fine milling of hundreds of materials, such as non flammable and explosive mineral products, chemical products, building materials and so on, with a particle size of 40 It can be adjusted within 400 mesh. According to the requirements of different materials, fineness and output, this series of products can be divided into three series of high-pressure micro grinding, high-pressure suspension roller grinding and ordinary Raymond grinding. The whole structure of Raymond mill is composed of main engine, analyzer (powder concentrator), pipeline device, blower, cyclone separator of finished product, jaw crusher, dustpan elevator, electromagnetic vibration feeder and electric motor.
